Fix The "Search programs and files" Box Does Not Display Correct Search Results Problem In Windows 7

If you are a Windows 7 user, then you might have probably noticed the Search Programs and files box not displaying correct search results. Only the category headings of the categorized search results are displayed, such as Programs, Control Panel, and Documents. Moreover, nothing happens  if you click the displayed category results.

This is a known issue and Microsoft has released an update to fix this issue.
