How To Make A User Account In Windows 7 To Log On Automatically?

Most of us logon to Windows by using User login and password. But if you are the single user of your PC and confident about your privacy, you may wish to configure Windows 7 to log in automatically upon booting. Follow the below steps to do so:

1. Click Start, type netplwiz in the search box, and then hit Enter.
2. In the User Accounts dialog box, click the account you want to automatically log on to. (If  “Clear the Users Must Enter A User Name And Password To Use This Computer” check box is available, check it ‘ON’.)
3. Click OK.
4. In the Automatically Log On window, enter the user’s password and click OK.

The next time you restart the computer, Windows 7 will automatically log you in.
