Fix 0xc000000F Error Message When You Open A Application From Network Drive Running Windows 7

Microsoft has released a Hotfix to fix 0xc000000F Error while accessing application in a Network location. When you  try to open a program from a network share on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, the operation may fail.  The error message displayed is:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000000F)

To fix this problem download the update from below link and install it in your Windows 7 PC.
