Circle Dock is a free Windows desktop enhancement program which lets you launch your favorite applications from a stylish circular interface consisting of icons. You can add your favorite program into the dock application by simply dragging and dropping the program icon on to the circular interface. If you didn’t like the default icon of an application, you can download and replace it with a new one.

You can modify the size, shape and rotation speed of the circle dock. It also has hot key features with which you can perform repetitive tasks faster.

All-in-all, a good dock launcher that is less resource intensive and feature rich.
