Fix Time-Out Problem While Burning DVD-R Dual Layer Disc In Windows 7

Microsoft has released an hotfix to fix DVD-R Dual Layer burn issues using default Windows burning program. According to Microsoft KB979366, When you try to burn files to a DVD-R Dual Layer (DL) disc in Windows Explorer, the operation may fail with a time-out error making your dual layer disc (8.5GB) useless.
The problem is seen in Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. This problem also occurs if you use an application that uses Image Mastering API version 2.0 (IMAPI v2) to burn files.
