How To Remove Microsoft Windows Default Games From Windows 7
Like Windows XP and Windows Vista, Windows 7 also ships with in-built games like Free Cell, Minesweeper, Mahjong Titans, Solitaire and some more games. You might not play these games and want to completely remove (uninstall) them.
1. Click Start button, type “Windows Features” in the programs search box and press enter. Alternatively, you can go to Start—> Control Panel—> Programs—> Click “Turn Windows Features On or Off” link.
2. In the Windows Features dialog box, uncheck “Games” item. You can make selective games uninstall too. For doing so, expand the “Games” item and uncheck desired Game which you want to uninstall.

3. Click OK.
4. Windows will now take sometime depending upon the options you select. Let the process be complete.
Note that Windows will only uninstall these games. At any time, you can reinstall the games by following the same procedure. In step 2, you need to Check the Games item and Windows will install it automatically without the need of Windows Installation DVD.
