Video Audio Mismatch Problem While Playing MP4 Video Using Windows Media Center In Windows 7

Are you experiencing video lag problem while playing MP4 Video in Windows Media Center on your Windows 7 PC? According to Microsoft, there is a known issue. When someone plays a MP4 (.mp4) Video file with fast forward at 4X speed, the Video lags behind Audio.
This problem is seen only when video is fast forwarded at 4X Speed and does not occur at other fast forward speeds like 1X, 2X, or 3X. As of now, there is no permanent fix to this problem.
A workaround is to use 1X, 2X or 3X fast forwarding while playing MP4 Video and not to use 4X speed.
