File Joiner is a free program to join multiple bits of files into one file. Big file size downloads in the internet file sharing sites like Rapidshare.com, Megaupload.com are often split into many segments due to upload file size constraint. XdN Tweaker is a system tweaking software for Windows that allows you to customize and tweak various settings. It is a useful utility for users who want to tweak their Windows OS settings to improve performance. Having said that, not all settings improve performance. Some tweaks do give better user experience.  We earlier reviewed EnhanceMySe7en which looked promising. But the bugging upgrade message to pro version pulled it down.
