Create A Universal Windows 7 Installation Disc Using ei.cfg Removal Utility

ei.cfg Removal utility is a useful tool to create a universal Windows 7 installation disc. What we mean by Universal Disc is that you can install any edition (like Home Premium, Ultimate, etc)  of  Windows 7 from a single disc.  This is possible because of the way various editions of discs are manufactured. In actual all editions of Windows 7 Discs have the same content but a single file called ei.cfg will control what edition you have purchased and will accordingly deliver only those installation files.
